Age Restriction of DVC Executive Trainee 2024
Candidates applying for the position must be under the age of 29 on the closing date of the online application, with exceptions for certain groups like SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD/Ex-SM candidates as per government regulations. Surprisingly, DVC Recruitment Departmental candidates do not have an upper age limit. Moreover, Departmental candidates need to fulfill the qualification criteria specified in the relevant GATE-2023 paper to be eligible for the role.
The extent of age relaxation varies across candidate categories in accordance with government directives. OBC(NCL) candidates receive a 3-year relaxation, while SC/ST candidates benefit from a 5-year relaxation. Salary Structure of DVC Executive Trainee 2024
The 7th Pay Revision dictates a salary range of Rs 56,100-1,77,500 in Pay Matrix Level-10 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) for employees at the M2 grade. This structured pay scale provides a defined income scope for individuals at this level.
Upon selection, candidates will be placed within the Rs 56,100-1,77,500 salary range of Pay Matrix Level 10 (as per the 7th Pay Revision) during their one-year probationary period. Upon successful completion of this phase, candidates will transition to the position of Assistant Managers with the same salary scale. The comprehensive compensation package includes various benefits like Basic Pay, Central Dearness Allowance (CDA), Medical Reimbursement, Leave Travel Allowance, NPS, Conveyance Allowance, Leave Encashment, HRA, and Annual Incentive Scheme (AIS) in adherence to Corporation Regulations.
Selected candidates are required to sign a service agreement committing to a one-year probation period followed by a minimum of three additional years of service to the company, totaling a four-year commitment. The bond amount is set at Rs. 5,00,000 for General/OBC(NCL)/EWS candidates and Rs. 2,50,000 for SC/ST/PwBD candidates, along with any applicable interest charges.
