Qualification of BECIL Contract Basis Recruitment 2024
Opportunities for contract-based recruitment at BECIL are open for diverse positions that require specific qualifications. To qualify for the Content Auditor role, candidates must hold a PG Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communication and have three years of experience in visual media or reputed news agencies like ANI, PTI, UNI, among others. Alternatively, individuals who have retired as News Editor/Deputy Director (News) from DD/AIR under the pre-revised pay scale of Rs. 10,000-15,200 are also eligible.
Senior Monitors should have a PG Diploma in Journalism and a minimum of two years of experience in media or news agencies, or they should be retired from DD/AIR as News Editor/Assistant Director (News) under the pre-revised scale of Rs. 8,000-13,500. Graduates with strong computer skills and at least one year of experience in the media/news sector can apply for the Monitor position.
Candidates with additional qualifications such as a PG Diploma in Journalism/Bachelor’s in Journalism/Mass Communication are preferred. Executive Assistants should be graduates with computer proficiency or have retired at the level of Assistant or equivalent in Government service. Logistic Assistants require a 10+2 qualification with computer operation skills or a retirement background as LDC/UDC from the Government sector. Minimum qualification of 8th pass is necessary for the Messenger/Peon role.
Senior Shift Managers should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering and have at least one year of relevant experience. Alternatively, they may have retired as Deputy Director/EE (Electrical/Electronic) from a Government organization under pre-revised pay scales of Rs. 10,000-15,200. Shift Managers (Tech.) are required to possess a diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering along with one year of experience in the relevant field. System Technicians must have an ITI in Electronics/Computer Networking.
